On one of our tours around the island, we discovered this interesting scenic route, and it looks for several kilometers like Lanzarote. Responsible for this for this landscape is the last volcanic eruption on Tenerife. It was the Chinyero which devastated here 100 years ago over 2 km² land.
Upon completion of the new tunnel of the TF-1 at Arguayo hardly anyone will coincidentally fall on the TF-375 between Santiago del Teide and Chio. Nevertheless, to show you this bizarre landscape, we have hidden a cache.
At the above-mentioned coordinate, nothing is to find, but it's a pretty comfortable place to park your car.
To calculate the final coordinates you have to find out when this outbreak has happened. Please add month and year of the eruption. The determined number is ABCD.

Auf einer unserer Touren über die Insel haben wir diese landschaftlich interessante Strecke entdeckt, und fühlten uns für einige Kilometer wie auf Lanzarote. Verantwortlich für dieses Landschaftsbild ist der letzte Vulkanausbruch auf Teneriffa. Es war der Chinyero, der hier vor gut 100 Jahren über 2 km² Land verwüstete.
Nach Fertigstellung des neuen Tunnels der TF-1 bei Arguayo wird kaum noch jemand zufällig auf die TF-375 zwischen Santiago del Teide und Chio geraten. Um euch trotzdem diese bizarre Landschaft zu zeigen, haben wir hier einen Cache versteckt.
An den o.g. Koordinaten ist natürlich nichts zu finden, aber es ist eine recht komfortable Stelle um euer Cachemobil abzustellen.
Zur Berechnung der finalen Koordinaten müsst ihr heraus finden, wann dieser Ausbruch stattgefunden hat. Addiert bitte Monat und Jahr. Die so ermittelte Zahl ist ABCD
