There are several good view points on the Takaka Hill, this is probably one of the best. From here you can see the "other" side of Mt Campbell and Hoary Head. You can see Nelson, Motueka, Mapua, Riwaka and Richmond. Across Tasman Bay the Bryant and Richmond Ranges are visible, with many of the peaks labelled on an information board.
This 10 minute walk is popular with tourists so there will often be people about. Please exercise extreme stealth.
