Since I was a kid i have loved the Star Wars films and through my younger years spent most of my savings on figures and vehicles......well full circle and i'm still spending money on them on the pretence of them being for #2 Mini-Copper Max. This cache is firmly on the Dark Side......both of the River and due to the container!
I have had a cache on this bridge structure for a good while now but the bridge deck has recently been reinstated and fully reopened. The cache itself shouldn't be too taxing and there are great views on the walk to GZ. Take time to enjoy the views of The River Trent, the ruins of Torksey Castle and the huge amount of wildlife that make the area around the island their home.
Hopefully this will just be the start of a series along the footpaths.
