Geocache Description:

A short row of wooden blocks in between neighborhoods along a fairly busy road.

This can be a high muggle area most of the day so stealth is needed. Although it can be a place to take a quick seat for a few minutes too. From that point on shouldn't take too long to find the cache. A keen eye is needed. Cache on!
