MIKEY MAC: Unfortunately, based on conversations with the last attempted finder, this cache is regrettably going to need to be archived.
For those curious, here was the solve:
First, the description had a few extra characters (Raiden & Blanka) added to the quote from the Lego movie. Those few added characters were all related to having electrical or lightning-related powers/abilities, so that was a big hint.
To actually solve the puzzle, you needed to scan the QR code on the background image which would give you two numbers, 1.15067a and 38.6862o. Connecting the title of the cache or the aforementioned hint would tell you A is amps and O is ohms. Plugging this into any resistance calculator would spit out a wattage of 51.222 and a voltage of 44.515, though the checker allowed for anything within a reasonable range as there could be some rounding issues depending on the calculator you used.
One last surprise: in a "full circle" moment, the final was located on an electrical tower off Ivanrest, just north of M-6.
