Geocache Description:

Here sits the quaint little Alutom Falls.  Named after Mount Alutom, the peak with the numerous communication towers locally referred to as Channel 10.  Alutom Falls is very near to the top of Upper Sigua Falls and I recommend you don’t miss out on this nice relaxing area if you are hiking by.

The cache is an easy grab if hiking the Upper Sigua Falls loop that begins at the end of Turner Rd. and ends at the top of Mount Alutom.  Or, for a faster hike, start down from the towers and make your way back up. Cache is covered with a few rocks. Please return as found so people passing by won't see it. Thanks! I've heard mixed reports on GPS location for this one. The location reads good for me each time I go, so just be weary of your signal integrity that day I guess. Sometime I have to give it a minute to get the accuracy of the satellites and gps signal where it needs to be.

FTF gets an unregistered “Log My Dog Tag” trackable.  Have fun!
