Cache to Eagle, Camping Traditional Cache

This is another cache placed to draw your attention to Eagle Projects. In this case there have been 10 Eagle projects done at this church by members of Troop 16, which meets in, and is sponsored by this church. Besides showing leadership by leading a project of his choosing, an Eagle candidate must earn 21 merit badges, 13 of them required. This series of caches are named after the ranks they earn and the required merit badges for the Eagle rank.

This cache is placed in landscaping done as one of the Eagle projects at this church. Other projects include building a fire bowl, stone platforms for seating at the fire bowl, bench seating at fire bowl, building a shed, and re-landscaping the islands in the parking lot. The Little Free Library was not done as an Eagle project, but the surrounding area was. Feel free to exchange a book at the library. If you are here on a Tuesday night you probably will see members of Troop 16. This cache was placed with permission of the church. It has been moved to a new site to make it further from buildings. If you found it at the old location you may claim a new find at the new site.
