Geocache Description:

Alltwalis is a small village 9 miles north of Carmarthen, west on the border of Brechfa forest. It is built around the A485 a busy road with commuters and transport lorries that head towards Lampeter. It has a primary school, which actually closed in 2003 and is now owned by the community, a playground, football field, an old chapel (bought for a £1 by an unknown person) and a pub. There are also walks that surround the village that take you through forests and beautiful countryside.

This series is designed to take you on a tour of this quaint, quiet village leading you up hills to incredible views of countryside and up other hills for views of the village. Some of these caches are up little lanes with not many areas to pull in or turn around so we kindly ask for you to park up in the village, either in the lay-by / bus stop or old school yard and walk the tour. This cache is in a lay-by and is recommended that you park in said lay-by.

This cache will be very much a cache and dash for most!

*Bring your own writing utensil.
