The cache is not at the location above. To solve for the actual location of the cache, you must search for the answers to the following questions centered about the township of Hinckley.

A - The hills and valleys create more acreage for the normal amount for its square mileage. How many extra acres, beyond the normal 16,000 for its square mileage, does the township have?

Add up each digit of the full number(1234 = 1+2+3+4) then subtract 7 to solve for A.

B - How much per acre did the founder of Hinckley pay to purchase the land?

Subtract 19 to solve for B.

C - The founder of Hinckley originally bought how many plots of 160 acres?

Take this number and divide by 20 to find C.
