This Caterpillar No. 42 elevating grader was used to construct roads in the late 1930s and 1940s within the Municipal District of Grasswold No. 248 and Serviceberry No. 248. These same roads are travelled today in Wheatland County.
This exhibit is dedicated to past, present and future Wheatland County Public Works Department employees.
