Stars on parade is part of the First annual Boerne art al fresco sculpture competition. The artist was John Banks from Henderson, Nevada. If you have time, go on in the lovely Boerne library to sit and relax a while. Well--that was true when this geocache was placed. Since then the artwork has changed!
