The park isn't much, but the dedication on the monument is significant and reinforces the historic value of the town of Norwalk. The purpose of this cache is to get you to see the plaque up close and personal.
This should be a quick park and grab and you're looking for a small camouflaged container that's only big enough to hold a log. The bottom unscrews, so the top doesn't have to be removed from its hiding place to make the grab. Please screw the bottom back on securely to ensure the log remains dry.
