It's easy to drive around a city and not see the pathways between streets that the locals know all about - - and many use every day.
Access is from either the top or the bottom of the pathway. The day I hid the cache there were children around at the bottom so it was an easy decision to enter from the top and I think the carparking was better.
When placed, there was a pencil in the cache but it's always a good strategy to bring your own. Please practise stealth and replace the cache as found.
