This hide is the second of two Blake Garden hides. This entrance is at the bottom of the garden. I encourage you to visit the garden if open. Shortly after entering the west gate you'll come across a giant rock outcrop; nearby, trails and pathways take you four directions and to lots of surprises. Access is free to the public. The garden is open Monday through Friday, 8 - 4:30; it is closed on weekends and university holidays. For more information about the University of California's landscape laboratory and public garden, refer to GC6APQW Blake Garden (placed in the parking lot of the garden's east entrance) or to blakegarden.ced.berkeley.edu.
This cache was placed on Save the Frogs Day (April 30th). If you walk by the garden during springtime you can hear the Pacific Chorus Frogs, busy looking for love along the banks of the two creeks which pass through the garden. In honor of Save the Frogs Day, the cache contains a lucky frog charm for the FTF.
Congratulations to m_faustus (and kids) and NoETA4 for the FTF and STF!
