Between the river and the houses, the geocache lays in a hole. Be sly or somebody will muggle Loony Bin. 
Look high and low, but spend more time on the low..... Could be snow-covered in the winter. It is still in hiding in the summer..... It is closer to the path than the houses, so please don't bother owners. They just may the ones who hid the Loony Bin Cache- ha ha ha ha ha ha!!
