Geocache Description:

A simple urban hide

High Trees House is a prominent block of art-deco flats which were built in 1929, a top storey and roof garden were added in the 1960s. This unassuming building entered English legal history in 1947 (High Trees case) as a result of an English contract law decision in the High Court by Lord Denning.
