Time to Read the Park Rules

The rules to the small park are very important.  So much that I'm sure no one has ever read them from start to finish (without falling asleep).

Les règles au petit parc sont très importantes. Tant que je suis sûr que personne ne les a jamais lu du début à la fin (sans endormi).

EN: Square Eugene Thomas (use to be called square of the town hall of the 12th) is the smallest municipal square of the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
The square was created around 1876 along with the town hall of the 12th district of Paris.  It is planted with Japanese pagoda trees and holly.
Don’t miss the Victory statue by "Raphaël Hubert on one side of the square.  There is also a green Wallace water fountain on the side of the city hall.

Le square est créé vers 1876 en même temps que la Mairie du 12e arrondissement de Paris.

Le square, de forme triangulaire, accueille un monument aux combattants de l'arrondissement morts lors des deux guerres mondiales avec la statue de la Victoire réalisée par Raphaël Hubert. Il possède une aire de jeux centrale pour les enfants ainsi qu'une verte "Fontaine Wallace"
