Geocache Description:

“Lawford 01 - Posted” is the 1st of 15 caches on a 4.5 mile circular walk following bridleways, footpaths and quiet lanes

Route from Car Park to “Lawford 01 - Posted”

From the parking area walk for a short distance along Ling Lane in a westerly direction and then follow the clearly marked footpath sign off to your right. “Lawford 01 - Posted” is a little over 0.2 miles from the parking area.

You will pass an existing cache on your way to “Lawford 01 - Posted” called "Groovy Bag of Cache" (GC3EXZC). If you haven't already bagged this one then now's your chance!

Route Information

  • The terrain rating applies to the route as a whole
  • Caches "Lawford 07" & "Lawford 08" are wheelchair friendly
  • Caches "Lawford 07" - "Lawford 15" are pushchair friendly
  • The route crosses the busy A428 twice and passes through farmland with livestock - please take care with geokids and keep geodogs under control
  • There is a handy pub between caches "Lawford 07" & "Lawford 08"
