A Short circular series of caches which begins at the outskirts of Perranwell. It follows a footpath along the edge of the, now disused, Truro to Newquay branch line. The walk goes into and through Cocks, to the outskirts of Bolingey (Hence the rather tongue in cheek name of the series). The walk then turns back along another footpath, before returning to the outskirts of Perranwell. The walk is fairly flat - although it can get a little muddy at times, so I suggest a good pair of boots.

A Short Series set out by myself and my wife Claire (the pink was her idea.
Our geohounds enjoys this walk, so we thought we’d put out our first series. Its a mixed bag - but not too long. Just enough to enjoy, without making things too difficult.
Each cache is named after one of our geohounds.
Please control, and pick up after your dog on this walk.
Please try not to remove, disturb or damage anything whilst enjoying this series.

Milo is a smooth haired skinny runt, and a wimp. He is terrified of EVERYTHING, including his own shadow. He will bark fiercely and protectively (again at anything). Milo has a larger than life character, and will literally cry with excitement when you great him - often urinating in the process. He loves cuddles and sunning himself, or lying in front of the fire. |
Cache Information
Cache no 4.
Continue along the track, until you reach the road.
This is a fairly quiet back lane, however watch your pets and children.
At the road turn left and walk just over a tenth of a mile.
There is a place to buy some lovely fresh eggs enroute ;)
The next footpath is on your left and has bridge crossings over two small streams.
Cache is a small lock and lock with room for smaller swaps and TBs.
You should be afforded a beautiful views along the walk .
