Geocache Description:

I'm pretty sure Little Mermaid isn't where she ought to be! 

Little Mermaid flipped and flopped past all of the trash that passers by have been dumping on her...and found a strange place to hide! After many months of hot dry weather she was feeling a little parched...but I'm not sure she will find any relief here. Poor Little Mermaid!
