A plain, small cache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

The Cachekeepers: Goodbye to a plain, small cache that didn't hang around for long enough for us to be able to bring it in. Perhaps it's gone off on some more geocaching adventures? Or perhaps it was eaten by the local wildlife? I doubt we'll ever know.

Geocache Description:

This cache is going to be archived on Monday 10th August

We are archiving all of our 100+ Yorkshire caches.
We'd love you to come and find any caches you can before that date.

Although we encourage you to take as much swag as possible before the caches disappear, please do NOT take the cache itself. Cachers are still trying to find our caches and, once we archive them, we're hoping to bring them in ourselves.

This is a plain clip-lock box, filled with swag for all ages. It's designed to be an easy find once you're at Ground Zero.

traditional cache

This cache is one of a number on a 3.5 mile circular walk incorporating Loy Lane and South Town Lane. Each cache can be completed as individual caches and their terrain/difficulty levels are given for each as a one-off cache. The total circular walk is reasonably flat (Terrain: 1.5 - 2).
The Loy Lane Round bookmark list shows which caches are currently available on the circuit.

Loy Lane is a pleasant (if sometimes muddy) off-road bridleway. South Town Lane is used by local traffic only. The traffic is light and the road is used by locals to walk their dogs. A pavement runs along the short section beside the A174.
