You’ll need to bushwack a little or jump over a small stream, but it’s a very easy find. Oh, and the dragon referred to in the title, is our dog Dragon. He guards the Cache from a distance, but sadly an invisible fence keeps him from getting to the cache himself. 
It's a quiet enough street, you can park off the side of the road, near the stream.
