The cache container is a small green one with a pen and logbook inside and enough room for small swaps and trackables. The cache is located behind the War Memorial Hall and there is plenty of parking at the back, so good for a park and find. Please replace the cache hidden exactly as you found it.
The Te Puke Hall was built in 1894 and was named the Te Puke Mission Hall back then. The hall was used by the Anglicans, Methodists and Presbyterians for church services as well as being the town library and reading room. The newly named War Memorial Hall was opened on 9th March 1955. The roll of honour unveiled in the foyer is a carved wooden tablet that listed the names of 56 men from the Te Puke district who gave their lives in the 2nd world war.
Congrats to Kiwimikebop for FTF 😀
