The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. You must first solve the puzzle below in order to get the mystery coordinates.
The Puzzle
For this puzzle you will need to decrypt a series of instructions that have been encoded using a keyed Vigenere Cipher. It is highly recommended that you use the link below to decrypt the instructions. Also when decrypting the instructions make sure to only paste one set of instructions at a time into the decryption tool. Finally make sure you have the tool set to decrypt and the alphabet key blank while decrypting.
