Not much is known about Noah, except he is from Virginia.... Hence the hide at the Fairfield Inn, Fairfield being a city in Virginia. We know that Noah and his dad were on a search mission for his missing uncle, which lead them to Atlanta. This is where Noah was kidnapped and taken to Grady Memorial Hospital and his father was left behind to die.
We meet Noah in Season 5 where he is serving as Dawn Lerner's, a former police officer, personal assistant. Noah eventually plans an escape with Beth Greene, one of the survivors who has also been captured. Noah escapes, but Beth is recaptured and brought back to the hospital. Noah finds the Survivors and tells them about Beth in the hospital. The Survivors decend on the hospital to rescue Beth, but things go awry, but we'll leave that for Beth's story. Noah eventually becomes a contibuting member of the Survivors until he meets his untimely demise in a revolving door.
