[Ro] Apărut după 1989, Bună Ziua este considerat unul din cartierele de lux din Cluj. Dacă faci o plimbare prin cartier o să ai ocazia să vezi case, vile, curți, mașini și amenajări de cinci stele. Tot ce a reușit să facă fiecare pe proprietatea lui. Dar luxul se termină la gard. Cartierul este străbătut de străzi înguste, aglomerate, multe neasfaltate, unele cu trotuar doar pe o parte. Printre construcțiile somptuoase sunt parcele de pământ neîngrijite, construcții începute și lăsate de izbeliște. În tot cartierul nu există nici o creșă, grădiniță, școală, parc sau zonă de agrement. Nici speranțe prea mari pentru construirea lor nu sunt pentru că toate terenurile sunt proprietate privată. Primăria nu are nici o palmă de pământ aici. Dar oare biserici sunt? Vă las pe voi să răspundeți la această întrebare!
