Around here the last day of school for the kids is June 2nd. However, for all of us who are teachers, the last day of school is June 3rd. As both Wolf and Wendy are teachers, that means they get to spend the morning in faculty meetings, followed by turning in the last of the items they have (keys, papers, grades, etc.), and then saying our goodbyes for the summer.
We have decided to continue with what is becoming a tradition - starting the summer with another BIG gathering of geocachers. This is now our fourth summer that we will begin our summer with those who enjoy our same crazy idea of fun.
We are inviting all geocachers to join us at 6:30 p.m. for good food and great company! We will be there for at least a good hour, if not more, so let's say at least till 8 p.m. As long as there are cachers there, we will be there. Oh, before we forget - parking and ordering can be quite hectic if it is a beautiful evening.
For those that haven't been to Big'z before, Big'z is both adult and kid friendly. In fact, it is very kid friendly with a backyard that is astroturfed, and open to running around and playing. So if you are afraid of the kids being stuck at a table; don't worry, bring them and let them play. Our girls Aurora Wolf and Nayely Wahya will be out there playing.
So please don't hesitate to come. Also, if you could please take the time to mark a RSVP as I currently have a spot reserved for 25. Your "will attend" will help us know if we need more or less room.
