Geocache Description:

Slacks Creek doesn't have many caches at the northern end. Time to fix that! So here is one on the edge of the Industrial Precinct.

Slacks Creek is a suburb of Logan City: it is one of the oldest, and is located between the M1 and Kingston Road almost down to Queens Road, around four kilometres away.

This northern end is the Industrial Precinct. It is predominantly automotive in focus, although there are other small businesses scattered throughout the area.

The area of vacant land near the cache has been vacant for as long as we can remember. It is kept nicely mown to avoid the usual long grass hazards, but it is fenced off denying any public usage of the land. A sign at the other side of the area indicates that it is state government land earmarked for development as a racing precinct. We understand it to be greyhound racing. Time will tell!

The cache is not a really easy find, but please don't attempt it from an always busy Kingston Road! Use the parking coordinates and you'll be nice and safe (and probably Muggle free as well!)
