Ustekinumab (C6482H10004N1712O2016S46) is used to treat moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis. It is a recombinant human monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of the cytokines (naturally occurring proteins), interleukin-12 and -23, which are involved in inflammatory and immune responses. Common (>1%) side effects include: infections, dizziness, headache, fatigue, diarrhoea, itch, rash, myalgia and pain. Ustekinumab is reserved for use in patients that have been unresponsive to or intolerant of, phototherapy or other systemic therapy. It is given as a subcutaneous injection every 8-12 weeks. It is manufactured in the Netherlands and has been available since 2009.
The cache was originally a plastic tube with a guardian, but it seems the spider ran off with it, so had to be replaced. Now it's a small bright tupperware container that I found when looking for a cache a few years ago.
