Geocache Description:

Walking The Dog: Anchors Away - one of a series of caches
placed in memory of the four-pawed assistance of JC Cache Dawg.
It replaces WTD: A Hollow Man, the GZ of which was wrecked by cachers, so I disabled it.

Long time residents will recognise the remnants of the structure at GZ.
Skilled craftsmen will recognise the use of a skirrit, pencil and more particularly, compasses in the foundations.
Lacking a cornerstone, an alternative method of fixing the uprights was used.
The resulting conical spiral shaped building was utilised as an information centre and gift shop.
Today, only the foundations and centre column remain.

It is set within the lush riverside walkways around Hamurana Springs,
which are maintained and beautified by the
Hamurana Springs Incorporated Society.

The cache container includes a log sheet only.
