#4000 Mystery Cache

One of the milestones in Geocaching is the #4000th smiley. We know someone or have been lucky enough ourselves to reach this milestone. This cache was placed in recognition of that Geocaching achievement. The cache is NOT located at the Posted Coordinates, but within 1 mile of it.

Some of us like puzzles/codes and some of us do not, so here is one that is kind of familiar for those that do. If you know how to solve the code you will know the area to start your search. The area you will be searching in does not have any street lights and is paved. Remember this is Florida and you may encounter flying things that bite or sting. The cell coverage is good in this area just in case you need it.
