Geocache Description:


This cache is in a little park with an Eimco loader in the centre. This machine was once used at the mine this town and is now a historical exhibit for all to enjoy. The town is built on a mineral rich environment which is the home to a world class mine. This underground mine has operated continuously since 1936 and produces zinc, lead and copper concentrate along with gold as well. They use operations such as crushing, grinding and flotation processes to extract the concentrate.

You will need to bring your own pen or pencil.
