Fish Eagle: We've decided to archive this listing despite the cache being OK because it's an exceptionally difficult cache to find, and hasn't been well received by the geo-community probably due to being along a scenic route where cachers aren't looking for a serious challenge... We'll retrieve the cache next time we go out that way.
