One of my favourite, off-the-beaten-path parks in Port Colborne. There isn't a lot here (no playground, no washrooms), but it is one of the best places in town to watch the boats go by. The paved Welland Canal Trail goes through the park, but curves away well before the cache area.
Take the time to walk through the park, explore the boat artifacts, and read the plaque dedicating the area to Derek Zavitz, a local sailor who was lost at sea.
The cache is a specially camo'ed spice jar.
Happy caching, and happy boat watching!
