This is a family-friendly cache exploring off the beaten path in Kingstowne. Easy to get to via unofficial paths worn over time.
This cache celebrates my neighborhood. The lake is a favorite spot for residents to walk, bike, stroll, jog, wander, and exercise pets. Ducks and geese lazily float across the surface, and wind through the treetops and bubbling from the streams create lovely music on a quiet night. Try playing Poohsticks from the nearby bridge. Congrats to CWillyPngn for the almost immediate FTF! Recently upgraded from a Rubbermaid to a waterproof latching container. There seems to be a lot of GPS bounce in this area, so please be patient. To give people a starting point I tied an orange ribbon on a nearby tree. The cache isn't at that tree, it's nearby. You still have to look for it, but at least you'll start in the right zone.
