My first cache! I wanted this to be in a place that was special to me. I chose a spot where my mother's dog used to stop and take a dip in the river each time I took her for a walk in Look Park. We'd always come in from a back trail off of Arch Street in Leeds. Though she was not my dog technically, we had a very special relationship. She's been gone quite awhile now, maybe 10 years or so. But I still think of her and miss her each time I pass by her spot in the river. Her name was Girl.
The place I chose is very close to the river, but not close enough so that it would get washed away when the river gets high. A small container but big enough to hold a few small tradeables.
