There is nothing at the posted coordinates, but you will need to go to the nearby boat launch/parking area to start your journey.
From that parking waypoint, stare out at the water in front of you.
What structures do you see? Pirate ships, perhaps?
The treasure you seek is hidden on the one closest to you, the one farthest west.
Now getting there is the real adventure!
The cache is accessible by both land and sea, although neither way will be easy. Attempting on foot in the summer months will be insufferable and will require wading, although it is possible. Best of luck on your pirate adventure, further clues can be found in the hint.
