Geocache Description:

A nice view of the hills of Vista and its Sports Park. There are rocks nearby that are fun to climb on and take pictures on. Stay to watch the sunset, it is beautiful when clouds are out. 

This is near a gas pipeline sign and a short yellow pole. The sign is next to the path in some plants that have purple flowers sometimes. It is a small brown box with a zipblock bag around it. It is near some backyard fences of houses nearby. Sometimes people ride horses on the path. It may not be the best for wheel chairs but you CAN take your dog.
