1. Travel to the listed coordinates and there you will find some public artwork. Take your time to appreciate the art and take some photos. Notice the little details above the east framework arch. Then find the dedication signage and use it to figure out the final coordinates of the cache container with the formula:

A = Percentage listed on dedication plate
B = Last digit in year the artwork was dedicated
