The dictionary states that kinetic energy is motion. Apply kinetic energy to get to the log.  Do not try to open the cache.... All the tools you need have been provided. Please return tools as found so the next cacher can enjoy this hide. 

This gadget gives you everything you need. You will need "every single thing" this cache provides to find this log. This cache works only if you return "everything" just like you found it. It is so important you take nothing but a smile and memories from this kind of cache. The fun is in the find, so please help me out by not leaving the log exposed. Please return the log to the "middle" see details in the hint. PLEASE don't damage this cache by touching it with ANYTHING but your hands, no tools, no sticks, NOTHING is needed but what the cache provides.
