This is a puzzle cache. There is nothing at the posted coordinates so please dont go there as you are likely to be hit by golf balls, if not golf clubs wielded by angry golfers and you will not benefit in any way from your visit, as least at regards finding the cache.
If you're anything like me, solo performances on puzzles generally don't yield the green light. You're probably better banding together and as a group I'm sure you'll make progress.
