Geocache Description:


Unlike other bridges over this Shin-gashi river, this bridge is constructed by the Bureau of Sewerage, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, under which sewage pipes run.
On the far side of the bridge, you will see a lot of solar panels. Those have been set up by the Ukima Water Reclamation Center operated by the bureau. The energy produced from the panels are consumed by the Center and annual energy production are almost equivalent to the energy consumed in 150 standard homes. It depends on you to think whether it is more than, or less than, imagined.
On the near side of the bridge, you will see a small forest. You may see an eagle, if you are lucky enough, living in this forest. The eagle goes to a bird sanctuary, for hunting, in the Ukima Park, one kilometer far from the cache. In the park, usually many amateur photographers are waiting for the eagle.
Dangerous behavior such as climbing up trees are unnecessary to reach the cache.

新河岸川沿いに散歩道が繋がっており、桜が咲く季節が特にオススメです。
座標の上にかかる橋は「長後さくら橋」といい、旧地名の志村長後と周辺に桜の木が多くあることから命名されたそうです。この橋は、下水道局が設置したもので、橋の下を下水管が通っているそうです。
橋の反対側には沢山のソーラーパネルが見えます。これらは、東京都下水道局の浮間水再生センターが設置したもので、センターが使用する電力の一部を補っているそうです。年間発電量は一般家庭の約150世帯分に当たるそうですが、意外に少ないと思うか多いと思うかは……あなた次第。
橋のこちら側からは、鬱蒼と茂った木々を見渡せますが、鷲が生息しているので運が良ければ見ることができるかも。鷲はキャッシュポイントから約1km離れた「浮間公園」（JR浮間船渡駅の反対側）内のバードサンクチュアリに狩りにいくことがあるため、浮間公園では沢山のアマチュアカメラマンが鷲待ちでカメラを構えています。
