Good Neighbors Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

GLC: I give up!!! This one keeps getting reported as missing and every time I check on it (except once), it is always there. Never where I put it to start with, but I always find it....but I know what to look for. Since this has become a total PITA, I'm archiving it.

Geocache Description:

Parking is right at the cache.

I personally detest these kinds of caches, but I thought it was a perfect location for one, so I did it anyways.  It's a micro and I am rating it a higher difficulty because I'm not going to provide a hint (yet).  Please be sure to return the cache to it's hiding place EXACTLY as you found it, so that the next cacher experiences the cache as it was intended.  (Thank you!)

I wasn't sure how to rate the difficulty, so I used the rating system provided by Groundspeak.
