The Avenal Tower T3PN221, communication tower,and surface water Pumping Station used to have a cache (By a mate of mine) but due to upgrade of facilities and fencing the placement area was lost. My previous cache was placed on a transformer box near the street. This new cache is at the facility. No need to scale the fence or go near the water. In fact keep an eye on your kids while going for this one as you may be awhile there looking. There are several fenced off hazards.
Container is a magnetic eclipse. Please replace exactly as you find it. Not suitable for any TBs and you will need to have your own pen.
