For 15 seasons Craig Biggio and Jeff Bagwell played together for the Houston Astros Baseball Club. They were a dynamic duo that everyone cheered for as we won Division titles, a National League Championship and a trip to the 2005 World Series. Craig Biggio is the first Houston Astro to be inducted into the MLB Hall of fame. Jeff Bagwell, a 2017 MLB Hall of Famer, had a great career too that sent many homeruns out of the Astrodome and Minute Maid Park. These two players were "The Good Guys!"
Outside Minute Maid Park near Crawford Street sits a small partial baseball diamond with the statues of Craig Biggio and Jeff Bagwell. There is also a small dugout along the first base line for kids and adults to sit and remember the great double plays these two turned every game. Congrats to the 2017 Houston Astros who won their first World Series!!! Congrats again to the Astros 2022 World Series Champions! #LeveledUp
