Geocache Description:

This should be accessible all day, every day, all year round. There are, however, a lot of muggles around the area. There is a logsheet and room for tiny tradeables.

I have walked by the sign for these fields a number of times. When I looked up the person for whom they were named I was impressed by the man's generosity and civic mindedness. Three chairs for a man who believed in the value of recreation for young people. The area is frequently busy with muggles as it is located in a family friendly zone. 07/20/2016 Switched container to a nano... no room for a pencil or trackables.
