Located at the entrace of the "Towai Traverse" mountainbike track, a narrow and often rooty, slippery track which twists and snakes around trees and other obstacles before exiting at a trail fork intersection of other awesome biking trails in the Wainui Trail Project mountainbike park.
If walking, it would be best to park at the lookout at the top of Wainui Hill then cross the predestrian bridge and head up the firebreak. If biking then park in the Waiau St car park on the Wainui side of the hill then bike up "Jungle Gym", "Labyrinth" and Towai Traverse" to pop out at GZ.
GZ is right on the entry/exit of the tack so keep an eye out for riders from both directions as this is a two way track.
Bring tweezers as although the cache itself is reasonable size the log itself is a "nano" (will be obvious once you find it). Please ensure cache is reassembled as it was found.
