Dad and I placed this cache near the breakwater of WaSe on our long walk around ErHai lake. It's a beautiful spot where couples come to take their wedding photos with the glowing waters of the Yunnan Sea behind them. The WaSe market is held only a few yards away on Wednesday mornings and is a great place to see all the farmers, fishermen, and local villagers gather and sell their wares. There are many places to stay in WaSe and all along the coast nearby. From here you can walk, bike, or drive north along the lakeshore to the ancient town of Shuanglang and Nanzhao island or go south towards Haidong and the city of Xiaguan.
We placed this cache because we want super-cacher camsoradap to come visit China and find the cache. We put some small mosaic tiles from Dad's artwork in the cache.
The cache is just outside of the gate that leads to the breakwater. Look out for muggles taking photos or eating noodles and chatting by the rocks.
