50 US State Challenge Mystery Cache

This is a Challenge Cache.
The cache container is at the posted coordinates but you must complete the below challenge before finding this cache. Only online "found it" logs that have previously satisfied the requirements will remain on the listing.

To qualify for this Challenge Cache, simply find at least one geocache in each of the 50 US States.

The District of Columbia (Washington, DC) is an awesome place to find some great caches, but since it is technically not a state, it is not required to find a cache there in order to meet this challenge.
