Yes. The ammo can. The cache hide that everyone loves to find. To a geocacher, it's the true symbol of the sport. And they're pretty standard... sure, some are bigger or smaller, but they are all pretty much the same. Steel. Clamped down. Rubber seal for waterproofing. Standard...
But not this one.
So: Late May. Homework loomed. Exam review loomed. For both daugther student cacher and father teacher cacher. Neither cacher wanted to think 'skule'... so off to Crappy Tire to seek a diversion (and to drool over kayaks). As we were entering, we found it odd to pass people going out of this "Tire" store with cases of Coca-Cola (truly). In an odd case of irony and schadenfreude, we found ourselves not buying a kayak or two (yet) but instead buying Timmies Coffee at said Tire shop. Then... as we waited in line, we discovered:
The Crappy Little Ammo Can.
Too easy.
After all, we're Cache the Bayman! We're always lookin' for a new hide to drop...
